Keeping on top of grounds maintenance ensures that NHS and wider public sector sites are kept tidy and in good repair for patients, visitors and staff.

Not only does it ensure that sites are attractive and pleasant for all, in care settings, it can provide a space for relaxation for those with mental health issues or dementia.

The framework agreement has an emphasis on providing sustainable solutions for ground works to support the NHSE Delivering a Net Zero Health Service report. Our suppliers are encouraged to reduce energy, fuel, water and gas, and provide options for the use of electric power tools and grass cutting equipment. It also supports the circular economy to ensure that all green waste is recycled or composted including cuttings, clippings, deadwood, leaves, and grass.

Using the Grounds Maintenance and Associated Services Framework Agreement means that you can focus on your patients and visitors, and allow our suppliers to complete the work for you.
